The first, called the Centro de Vida, will consist of seven boutiques, a space for sports, an outdoor health space, two restaurants, two bars, a private music club, a swimming pool, a private beach, a center sport fishing, a space for cultural entertainment and other services. The second center will be dedicated to business and will have offices, international secretariat, training center, conference room and other services. Finally, a wellness center consisting of fitness clubs, spa, beauty center, and other complementary services.
